How this started
People kept telling me to hire help.
For years I heard the same thing. You're so busy, hire an assistant.
They weren't wrong about the busy part. But every time I sat down to hand something off, I hit the same wall. To train someone on my process, I needed to actually have one. I had plays that worked. I didn't have a playbook.
So I started writing it down. Not the theory, the actual thing I do, in the order I do it, including the parts where it breaks.
Turns out the playbook was the thing I needed. Not the assistant.
What I actually do
I build the systems that handle the repeat work.
If you're the one answering the emails, doing the work, sending the invoices, and posting the content, you already know the problem. It isn't that you're disorganized. It's that the same things come back every week and every one of them needs you.
So I build the thing that handles them. Some of it is a prompt you paste in when you need it. The better part runs on its own and shows up whether or not you remembered.

I have one rule I don't break. Nothing goes in until I've actually run it. Every system I share has been through a full cycle in a real week, with real clients and real money on the line.
Who Coach Becca Paige is
A systems coach, and this is the first thing I've shipped.
People keep asking what I actually coach on, so here it is plainly. I work with people on the systems underneath their business. How the week runs. What gets handed off and what shouldn't. Where the same work keeps coming back and what to do about it. The AI is a tool I use for that, it isn't the point.
Coach Becca Paige is new on purpose. I'd rather build it in the open, one real thing at a time, than announce a whole practice before any of it has been tested on someone other than me.
The AI Playbook is the first product. It is not the whole thing. More is coming, and what comes next will be shaped by what people actually ask me for.
